Delivery Charges

UK orders that are £30 or over are DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE

For UK-delivered orders that are under £30 we charge a nominal postage and packing fee of £4.50.

Dependent on weight, your order will either be sent by First Class post (Royal Mail) or via our nominated courier. A signature is required on receipt of the goods if delivered by our courier.

Please check all requirements (import taxes, customs regulations and charges etc) regarding deliveries to countries outside the UK. Crystal fere cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not comply with the import regulations of the destination country.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once your parcel has been dispatched. You will also be able to track your order by logging into your online account. This only applies to large UK orders sent via our nominated courier. To track your order, please click on the tracking link provided and follow the instructions.

Late delivery

Delivery should take approximately 3-5 working days. However, due to ongoing delivery issues beyond our control, please be aware that your delivery may take up to 10 days to arrive.

Damaged Goods

Courier-delivered parcels require a signature. If your parcel is visually damaged on arrival, you can refuse the parcel. The goods will then be directly returned to us. You will then need to contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible, and we will (at your preference) either resend your goods or offer you a refund. Details of our returns polic.
